LKTS-86 This lesson covers Genesis, chapter 29.

In this class we discuss Jacob's meeting with Laban. We identify Laban as a growing warlock, mighty in the powers of the dark arts. Jacob, on the other hand, is also a mighty master in the service of G-d. The stage is set for the duel of the masters of good verses evil.

We also discuss Jacob's marriage to Leah and the birth of the first four tribal fathers and the secets concealed in this story.

LKTS-87 This lesson discusses more about the birth of the fathers of the twelve tribes and the moralistic embellishments attributed to their namings. This is a classical example of an ancient form of the usage of Biblical verses called Midrash.

This lesson discusses the nature of domestic peace that should exist between a husband and wife, as well as why, in spite of Biblical practice, we do not accept polygamy.

This lesson also discusses Biblical herbology and how God filled our world will herbs and roots that have tremendous medicinal properties.

We also discuss how Jacob was able to use the powers of his mental training to actually change the breeding pattern of Laban's flocks and how this differs from the powers used (by Laban) in the occult.

This lesson discusses vital teachings about the occult, how it is real, how it works, and how it is defeated.

Jacob and Laban were involved in a war of the occult, which Jacob won only because G-d fought for him.

Rachel stole the TERAPHIM of her father. We learn from ancient tradition that the teraphim were some form of shrunken heads. They had a power, but Rachel knew how to defeat them.

The occult is real and is as dangerous today as it has been in the ancient past. This lesson teaches us what to do about it.
