These lessons are based on Sefer Mesilot Hokhma (The Paths of Wisdom) by Rabbi Meir Poppers, a master Kabbalist of some centuries ago.

This short work contains 32 basic principles that sum up the teachings and concepts used in the study of Kabbalah.

This first lesson in the series discusses the first three principles.
