All products offered are items that we use ourselves or recommend to woodcarving friends. We offer the largest variety of basswood plates and basswood boxes in Western New York. We specialize in items for relief carving and chip carving. We offer a large variety woodcarving knives and woodcarving gouges from several manufacturers. Ordering on-line is safe and secure and we ship anywhere.

SHIPPING POLICY AND RATES:
We primarily ship priority mail using the US Postal Service. If a different shipping method is desired or required, please provide a comment in the Comments box on the Billing and Information page during the checkout process. Surcharges may apply for expediting orders.
Most order are shipped within 24 hours of placing it. We normally do not send email confirmations of when the order is actually shipped. If email confirmation is desired, please provide a comment in the Comments box on the Billing and Information page during the checkout process.
Our shipping rates are based on the total weight of the order. Shipping fees will be shown on the Payment Page during the checkout process. We are unable to provide the exact shipping fee before entering the checkout process, but you are welcome to contact us (using email or phone) to obtain an exact charge.
Domestic Shipping Rates as of 1-1-2011:
0.00 to 0.50 lbs: $5.00 (This covers most tool orders)
0.51 to 2.00 lbs: $7.50
2.01 to 4.00 lbs: $10.00
4.01 to 6.00 lbs: $12.50
6.01 to 10.00 lbs: $15.00
10.01 to 20.00 lbs: $17.50
20.01 to 30.00 lbs: $20.00
30.01 to 70.00 lbs: $30.00 will be initially charged, however a surcharge may apply. You will be contacted prior to any surcharge being added to your account.
Over 70.00 lbs: $0.00 will be initially charged. You will be contacted prior to any surcharge being added to your account.
International Shipping Rates as of 3-11-2012:
0.00 to 70.00 lbs: An estimated charge (between $17.00 and $30.00 US Dollars) will be initially charged, however a surcharge may apply. You will be contacted prior to any surcharge being added to your account.
Over 70.00 lbs: $0.00 will be initially charged. You will be contacted prior to any surcharge being added to your account.
