If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, simply contact us via email stating the reason for return. Returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it was sent. All of our products are inspected for defects prior to shipping. If a product arrives damaged, it is the customers responsibility to contact Stadtlander Woodcarvings immediately. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
