We carry a large supply of basswood blocks and plaques for relief carving, chip carving, and woodburning. All wood blanks are of the highest quality. If we would not use it, we would not expect you to use it either. Given sizes are actuals except for 3/4 inch boards, which can range in thickness from 3/4 to 7/8 inch. We prefer to use boards 1 inch thick or greater for relief carving, whereas the 3/4 inch boards are great for woodburning or other projects.
