SHIPPING & HANDLING: Charges for shipping and handling are unchanged and are automatically added to your ordering invoice when ordering online. These same charges also apply if you are ordering by mail, fax or email:

USA orders: $3.00 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional item ordered.


OUTSIDE USA: $5.00 for the first item, $3.00 for each item plus a single $6.00 handling charge per each order.
