Customer Service and Return Policies
Returns: You may return new, unused items purchased within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding postage or shipping charges. To receive a refund of the full purchase price, items must be returned in their original product packaging with all inner packing materials and literature. Items not received in resalable or like new condition will be subject to a 20% restocking/refurbishing fee. We will also refund the domestic, ground shipment return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.
Defective items or items that malfunction during the manufacturer?s warranty period, (see warranty certificate included in your product?s inner packaging for complete warranty details), may be returned for repair or replacement at the discretion of the manufacturer, Spectronics Corporation, or for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding postage or shipping charges. Please call us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER if you did NOT purchase from Amazon.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you through Amazon or via your private e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
