Refund Policy:

Refund within 30 days RETURN POLICY: All items, other than HAZMAT items, may be returned by the buyer for a merchandise refund or exchange. Buyer pays return shipment costs. Items incorrectly shipped by the store may be returned at no cost to buyer for a full refund or the store will send the proper items at no additional cost. Due to DOT/UN shipping regulations there are no returns on ANY HAZ-MAT flammable fuels. If you do not want the fuel then you must refuse to accept delivery of fuel.

We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are legally compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services. 5.
