Scripture teaches that we are to understand the end of days by examining the beginning of days (Is 46:10). In the story of the beginning, it seems that the Creator has shown us the appointed time that He would reveal all that He has concealed. Based on the Creation Account and a host of other Scripture, most notably Hosea 6:2, the Third Day is the time He will call forth the hidden seed that He has sown into the world. Understanding that Messiah's resurrection is the benchmark event in human history, and that a day with the Lord is as a thousand years, we must conclude that this is the generation of the Third Day.
