Passage Into Spirit is a 5-movement composition by Randol Alan Bass inspired by Walt Whitman's Leaves of Grass. It was commissioned by the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus to celebrate their 70th anniversary, and premiered on March 25, 2007 to rave reviews.

This recording of Passage Into Spirit, featuring the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus, contains additional original compositions and arrangements by Randol Bass, including Gloria, Concordia, and the bonus track Fanfare: Joy to the World. All tracks are accompanied by the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.
