We are offering our customers tremendous savings on our "Closeout" styles. These are fashion designs with the same top-quality diamonds and precious gems that are part of our current in-store inventory.
We offer (2) options for purchasing your selections:
Online Direct - Add your selection to your shopping cart and provide the necessary information for purchasing.
In-store Viewing - Contact any Kenny G & Company Fine Jewelers location and ask us about setting up an appointment for viewing the item you are considering to purchase. Please allow 3-4 Business days for your selection to be available at the location of your choice.

SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LIMITED WARRANTY: All pieces are closeout items being sold at sharply reduced prices. Consequenty, all sales after inspection period are considered final; with no express or implied warranty.
FREE CLEANIN AND INPECTION: Kenny G's offers free cleaning anf inspection services for any piece of jewelry purchased online or in any store location.
RING RESIZING: Resizing is included in the purchase price. Most rings can be resized up or down TWO SIZES. There may be an occasional piece that cannot be resized to that extent without jeopardizing the integrity of the piece, or the stone setting. Since these are closeout pieces, we will not be able to reorder the ring style in a different size for you if the required size is outside the resizing limitations.
SHIPPING: All merchandise is shipped FEDEX. During checkout, you can specify the type of delivery service from FEDEX that you wish. All shipping fees are current rates charged by the shipping company for the services you select. There are no additional handling charges applied to this fee by our company. Shipping is restricted to your billing address, unless you have added an alternate address to your account at your credit card issuing bank. This information is verified before merchandise is shipped to a different address. Shipping will be scheduled within three business days of the transaction completion. We ship Monday through Thursday. Because of Insurance limitations, we do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. FEDEX delivers to physical addresses only. Merchandise will not be shipped to a P.O. Box.
INSURANCE: All merchandise that we ship is fully insured under our standard business policy. THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR INSURANCE.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS: At this time, transactions are limited to United States purchases only. Merchandise will only be shipped to U.S. addresses, and no credit cards from foreign issuing banks will be accepted.
